These quick cereal bars are a perfect way to get that smoky s’mores flavor without the campfire. Melted marshmallows mixed with Lucky Charms cereal, graham cracker pieces and chocolate bars topped with even more s’mores ingredients! Bake in the oven for a few minutes to melt and char the top.
Lucky S’mores Bars
5 cups Lucky Charms cereal
1 cup graham crackers, coarsely chopped
10 oz mini marshmallows
¼ cup butter, room temperature
3 king size Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, coarsely chopped
1 regular size Hershey’s milk chocolate bar, broken into squares
Grease 11” x 7” pan.
Reserve a handful each of graham crackers and mini marshmallows for topping.
Pour cereal and remaining crackers into a large mixing bowl.
Melt remaining marshmallows and butter in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted.
Pour mixture over cereal and quickly mix together. (Greasing your hands and utensils is helpful because the mix is so sticky!)
Mix in chopped Hershey’s bars.
Press mixture into prepared pan.
Top with reserved crackers, marshmallows and regular size Hershey bar pieces.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 15 minutes.
Slice into 24 squares with a sharp knife. (Run the knife under hot water and dry periodically while cutting to make things easier.)
