Cold brew chamomile tea with vanilla, sliced strawberries and tangerines for flavor. Perfect for enjoying a warm summer night. Hopefully, those will be here soon! I used Tazo Calm tea, a soothing blend of chamomile, hibiscus, rose, lemon and mint.
Summertime Calm Tea
2 small Murcotts/Honey Tangerines, peeled and sliced
1 lb strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 vanilla bean, slit down the center
6 cups cool water
Place fruit and vanilla bean in large pitcher.
Fill pitcher with water. (Mine held 6 cups plus the fruit. If yours holds more water, add additional tea bags. One tea bag per one cup of water.)
Add tea bags.
Cover with lid and move to fridge overnight or for at least 12 hours.
Remove tea bags and vanilla bean.
Pour over ice and serve.
