Sweetened raspberries plus dark chocolate help humdrum yogurt rival even the richest of ice cream recipes.
Raspberry Chip FroYo
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons agave nectar
½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 raspberry-filled dark chocolate squares (or ¼ cup dark chocolate chips)
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender or food processor and pulse into smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Cover and freeze at least 30 minutes before serving.
