Layered Pink Sherbet Blueberry Pie Smoothie

This cutesy smoothie will make you happy about a healthy breakfast. A bottom layer of fruity pink ‘sherbet’ topped with a blueberry pie-inspired fruit smoothie.

Layered Pink Sherbet Blueberry Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

Pink Sherbet Layer:

1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

ΒΌ cup each strawberry slices, peach slices, mango chunks and pineapple chunks

honey or agave, to taste

Blueberry Pie Layer:

1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1 cup blueberries

2 tablespoons oats

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch cinnamon and nutmeg

honey or agave, to taste

Directions:

Blend all pink sherbet layer ingredients until smooth.

Divide mixture between 2 tall glasses and move to freezer.

Blend all blueberry pie layer ingredients until smooth.

Remove glasses from freezer and carefully pour half of mixture on top of previous layer in each glass.

Serve immediately.
