This is the perfect late night craving brownie recipe! Dense, fudgy brownies with a crisp top and a layer of Nutella, peanut butter and chocolate. Best served hot with a large spoon.

When Don got home from his pizza delivery job, we had free pizza. We got a sweet tooth later in the night and decided to throw together a dessert with whatever was in the pantry.
Nutella PB Filled Brownies
1/2 cup white all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsalted sweet cream butter
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided
1 cup granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
¼ cup Nutella
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Melt butter and ½ cup chocolate chips together. Let cool slightly. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Spread half batter in greased 8” square glass pan.
Spread Nutella and peanut butter over batter, swirling together.
Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup chocolate chips.
Top with remaining batter.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack for at least 2 hours.
Run knife around edge of pan and cut into 16 squares.
