Coconut milk and oil are beauty miracle products for skin, hair and even as part of a balanced diet. Shea butter is also an amazing natural moisturizer for skin and hair. There are many hair products on the market right now containing shea and coconut ingredients. Unfortunately, when you check the ingredients list, shea and coconut may be all the way at the bottom! And you can expect to shell out the big bucks for natural hair products containing large quantities of these trendy ingredients. When you think about it, it makes much more sense for both your hair and your wallet to simply make your own hair products.
This leave-in conditioning spray is natural, cost-effective and easy to make. You’ll need only five ingredients for this moisturizing and shine-boosting conditioner. Rosemary and lavender essential oils give this spray a spicy scent. The rosemary oil offers benefits similar to tea tree oil, giving you a clean feeling and giving your hair shine. This spray also offers a light hold. After applying and combing through, I simply scrunch my hair in my fingers and let my hair air dry. My curls are hydrated and bouncy afterwards.
This is the last picture of the bottom eight inches of my hair! I’ll be using much less of this spray from now on.
