This easily customizable cream is perfect for everyday use. The whipping process makes it light and fluffy.
As you apply the cream, it will melt into an oil and quickly soak into your skin. This cream is also suitable for use as a hair oil, for coarser hair, or as a pre-poo conditioning treatment, for finer hair.
This recipe makes a lot but it is easily halved. The reason I’ve made so much here is because I plan on using small samples of the cream for Christmas gifts! This recipe fills six small glass baby food jars. It is easy to dress these up with craft paint, ribbon and computer or handmade labels.
There are a number of other recipes in my Edible Beauty section that would make very thoughtful (and cheap!) holiday gifts. For a lotion sampler include small jars of this cream, Lavender and Orange Anti-Aging Body Cream and Cocoa Shea Rough Patch Butter. For a spa day set include this cream, Pimp My Soap in Festive and a loofah.

10 drops sweet orange essential oil, optional
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into mixing bowl.
